There was a time when my life looked wonderful on the outside—thriving practice, happy patients, a career I loved…
Yet inside, I felt stretched thin, overwhelmed, and quietly disconnected from myself.
I was taking care of everyone… except me.
At fifteen, a near-death experience cracked open a question I’ve never stopped asking:
“If life can shift this fast… am I actually living the one I want?”
That moment didn’t break me, it woke me. It pushed me into a decades-long study of the links between mind, body, and spirit, and nearly my entire adult life has been devoted to understanding what it truly means to live with intention, joy, and purpose at the center.
What I’ve discovered has transformed my life, my practice, and now it’s the foundation of everything I teach.
If you’re here, maybe you’re feeling something similar:
I get it because I’ve lived it.
